Workflow
1. Meet & Greet
Make an appointment with us. Understanding client’s need and personal preferences, project budget, and condition of the site.
2. On Site Measurement
To conduct site measurement and site analysis of the site. On site communication between designer and client to understand more on the visions of the client.
3. Space Planning
Preliminary design process. Layout of the project will be proposed, discussed and finalized with the client.
4. Design Development
After finalizing on the layout plan, design concept ideas and 3D perspective drawings takes in place. During the process, discussions will be held with client progressively.
5. Construction Drawing
After finalized Design Proposals, all required detailed drawings and descriptions will be prepared and discussed with the client on the details and selection of finishing.
6. Project Renovation Quotation
After all construction drawings is confirmed. A complete renovation quote will be issued.
7. Project Contract
Signing off project contract with client, confirmation on the job scopes. Gaining all trust of the client to handover the site and start commencing on the project.
8. Handover
Designer handling over the completed project to client upon satisfactory. Here is the part we call it Imagination into Reality!
